Release all resentments that you may have felt towards others in your life, and pray that these people be directed in life to their most benevolent outcome.
In this week that follows, plan a light schedule and fill your time laughing, relaxing in nature. In the second week, evaluate how you feel. It will amaze you, because after all these years of self-healing, psychotherapy, or whatever you've done to relieve your human condition, you'll want people to pinch you to make sure you're not imaging how quickly you have relaxed emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually. You're will is stronger and your body has experienced rapid regeneration.
Close your eyes, and take a deep breath through your nose. Take it in. Relax your stomach muscles as soon as you have inhaled. Picture flow, a journey of refreshment. Repeat this 3x.
Three weeks… a wonderful marker of time.
If you are convinced that you have no time, that everything brought to you is yours to attend to, those thoughts will often manifest as illness, depression, fear and anger. The cycle of resistence becomes resentment. When we cannot relax, we become malignant. This is a fallacious pattern that was founded to kill hope. Think about it. Life is about quality time, not quantity time.
